You have to resize it in a paint program like Adobie, Photoshop, InfranView, etc. In Adobie you can also save the image in several formats. If you can save it as a JPG file and not a BMP file. JPG is a type of BMP but is more compressed and not quite as sharp of an image due to the fact that there is not as large a color spectrum to use. There use to be web based programs that would change the size but I havent checked in a long time to see if they are still there. If you have trouble with it then you can email me the image and I will resize it for you.
