Sorry, but that is wishful thinking on the part of your information source. At 400ft/lb the M would put out 121HP at the crank. It was closer to half of that. If you want to do the math; (Torque x RPM)/5252 = Horsepower.

The stock M's were less than 50% on volumetric effciency. It would have to be over 100% which is only possible in a finely tuned automotive race engine...or forced induction.

Not trying to argue, but just want you to understand what you can and can not expect from the mighty 264.
