as far as value on a 3444 I have a 1971 gas shuttle shift with 2600 hrs on it I paid 1500.00 for it and replaced exhaust gave it a tune up runs great even on coldest winter day in NH it has a makeshift ROPS with a windshield no backhoe just a 55 gal concrete counterweight.I've seen many for about same price or moderately higher.I wouldn't pay much more as the loader doesn't dig well and without a pto all attachments are hyd, mine came with a hyd sickle bar.its primary use is moving snow which it does well,I found that heat from exhaust caused hyd problems which were cured by replacing exhaust and giving greater clearance to area near outlet of filter.
