Here in the sunny South we probably got more damage from freezing than y'all up in the Great White North. Down in the Lowcountry af S.C. hard freezes are unusual; folks wouldn't spend the money for antifreeze, they'd drain the water at night when the weather was cold. And, as you'd imagine.... I almost remember a service call I went on with one of the mechanics - an M, I think, the owner called us out a frosty mornin' 'cause the water pump wouldn't turn, the belt just slipped on it. It was so long ago and I was so cold that I don't really remember how it turned out. Wm
