I get my points all the time from an O'reillys auto parts store and most of the time they have them on hand. But as the others have said most of the time you can clean them up well enough to get by for a long time. I almost never buy new points when I get an old tractor in to fix up till I have it up and running on the old points. Emery cloth and some clean cardboard work very well to clean the old points. Even a dollar bill works well the clean them
