Pressurized or not, you can't fill a radiator all the way to the top cold (new-fangled with reservior bottles on the side don't count) and have it not overflow when hot. The liquid expands when heated and nothing we or a radiator cap can do is going to stop it. It's incompressible and needs the compressible air at the top to expand against.
My rule of finger is check when cold, stick middle finger in the neck, finger tip should just touch the coolant.
