The Tractor Vet, and John T may have it, I'll add that if it was hard to turn on one cylinder, and took tries to get it past that cylinder, I would suspect water might have gotten in the cylinder. Windy wet wether can push a flip cap up and allow water into the exhaust. Even a half chamber full can increase the compression to the point of not getting past it. A leaky head gasket will also fill a cylinder such that it will hydro lock. Just Ideas to ponder, JimN
