Do you have a squeeze chute? If i was really wanting to know i would reach in and see if i could feel a calf. Some times a cow will miss a heat cycle or was not in heat long enough for the bull to service. I am no expert by no means but for the sake of arguement. I leave my bull with the cows year round. summer calves don't grow off too good for me. But i still get a few.
