No spark

After checking the compression on my T 20
I decided to check the spark. Using the same spark plug, and the same wire. I checked all towers on the magneto. Number three Tower has no spark. This is a new cap I put on three weeks ago.
I have an F4 mag. Before I pull this thing out and toss it in the trash. Any suggestions on what to look for.
Appreciate any information.
