Your T/A clutch is not releasing, double check your adjustments and if you still have problem shorten the link between main clutch shaft and T/A clutch shaft 1/2 turn at a time until the problem goes away. If that takes care of it when finished Put T/A handel forward pull the pin in short link. Then looking at tractor from left side turn T/A clutch shaft one to rear of tractor counter clockwise until you fell release bearing contact pressure plate fingers then turn shaft back until pin will line back up. This is to make sure release bearing is not running agianst fingers all the time. If theres no free travel left after shorting that link or it still won't come out of gear the T/A clutch itself may have a problem.
