IH 756 Engine Help Needed

I have an IH 756 with the German Diesel that was my dads primary tractor for many years. I recently was able to get it running again after about 8 years of sitting. It does not smoke, does not use much oil by history, and I could not identify any coolant in the oil. However, after running for about 2 minutes it blows water/coolant out of the radiator very, very forcefully, It is not hot when doing this and does not seem to lack power. My father has replaced two headgaskets on this tractor over a period of about 15 years. Can anyone tell me why it would be doing this or have recommendations? Is the cylinder head on this engine prone to cracking? Sorry for the long post. Thank you.
