I've had good luck with filling the hole with grease then, using a piece of round stock that fits the bushing VERY snug, hitting the round stock with a stout hammer and let the grease act as a sort of hydraulic jack. The round stock has to fit pretty close and this can be messy, but it does work. Good luck- those things can make a preacher swear. Regards- Craig
