I think my H is set a little rich??

I think my Farmall H is set a little to rich because when I go to start it I give it 1/4 throttle and no choke and It fires right up. Also, when I pull back on the throttle, I get a puff of smoke then it clears right up. My question is, if it the carb is set too rich , which screw should I adjust? Thanks!!
