As long as its not putting out black smoke all the time I would just leave it as it is. Most people would love a tractor that starts with out haveing to choke it and if its running good leave it alone. Sort of the old saying if it isn't broke don't fix it thing. Now if you just plain have to mess with it you adjust the screw the sitting the lowest on the carb, but I will warn you if you mess with it you will probably kick your self for doing so in a week or 2
