You could manufacture something to mount to the frame side rails. Ifs it is that steep you may have issues backing up the hill to pull the boat out. A normal load is going to pull down and put weight on the back tires. This could make it a little light in the back, unless you have sufficient wheel weights on it. The other thing to consider is the brakes. Are they sufficient for what you are trying to do, especially if the back end gets a little light?
