I have a Serviceman's Guide for an A dated 9-8-39 and it shows an A with solid disk-style front wheels and a two spoke steering wheel, but the tank bracket looks about the same as the rest of them. It also states that the rear wheels are stamped steel, no mention of a cast right wheel. The torque tube in the artist's rendering looks almost square.
