no holes anywhere for a plate...the gas tank/brackets ane not typical production ones, and the torque tube is unusual, no machined top for the gas tank bracket, just a cast dimple with a threaded hole in it for the pipe style gas tank bracket..the gas tank has 2 clips that hold it to the pipe. then the pice goes into a cast bracket that bolts to the head..the rear wheel dishes are differnet,it's very differnet.....
