I was never in the military. I thought about it, but with my speech impediment, I didnt think it was the right place for me (In fact, I still havent found a career I can live with besides factory work, =( ). Anyways, I'd really like to thank all of you vets for doing what I couldn't do. From the ones who were/are very eager to be in the military, to the ones drafted but still gave their all for this country. I'd especially like to Thank the ones who were active in areas that they were against, from Iraq, to Vietnam. While our country is the best on earth, we cannot let it blind us from our mistakes. We need to learn from our mistakes. It takes a real man to go into the military, especially in times of war, specifically in a war one may not agree with. I'm not so sure I could be one of those. I'm not saying that we shouldnt be in Iraq, this is not the place to debate that. What I am saying is Thank You All. The Wifes, the children, those who send letters to military personnel to boost moral, those who have lost ones in the military, those who are still suffering after affects. The military is not only one of the most dangerous jobs, it can have dramatic emotional effects on people and we must support them in their time of need. After All, they've been through things I dont even want to begin to think about. THANKS!!

It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro
