When I put mine on, I had to jack the front of the tractor up to take weight off the front end.

Then, I ran it stop to stop about 6 times and it worked itself free.

One note tho, they just aren't like you'd expect. You can turn 'em with one finger while carrying a big bale......if you're moving. Stopped and sitting still, they just don't do so well. Not like a newer tractor at all.

Heck, take 'er out and spin 'er around the yard a little. Maybe it just needs the kinks worked out.
