Yes, it will fit perfectly without any modifications. Hopefully, someone will tell us how to test it on the bench so that you can install it with confidence. BTW, all the mechanical TA's share many of the same parts. I installed a new old stock 340 TA in a SMTA. I changed out the flange that attaches to rear wall as well as the output shaft. It has been ten years now but I am fairly sure it was that simple.
