I bought some of those from a Cockshutt dealer back in the 60s and they were identical to the IH part, both types. I expect as far back as the double bevel rims go, companies were outsourcing parts such as these. If Cockshutt were the same, very likely Oliver and Deere were as well.

In fact when I put replacement rims on my 300 they came from the same Cockshutt dealer. Same rim exactly as IH were selling.
