Steel line. I believe the use of plastic, and most rubber fuel lines is not a good idea on a gravity feed fuel system. Production vehicles use rubber only where its failure will result in an air leak, not a fuel dump. (some may do this, but I cannot think of one) Stainless Steel lines are best, regular steel next best. JimN
