I think it would be pretty hard for hydraulic fluid to get into the motor on a 560. They didn't have the PESCO distributor mount pump anymore, so the only path would be to fill up the clutch housing and dump in through the rear main oil seal. I'd think by that time some other things would be noticeable. Was it smoking a dark black? If a seal went in the pump it might be possible to leak fuel into the crankcase. If it was running rich, it is possible it started running past the rings, but you don't mention any running problems, so it seems unlikely it is running that rich. Maybe someone else will have more info.
