Parts could be ordered from a CNH dealer last time I needed them. Unless the weight is broken on the cross shaft can usually free up the shaft & replace the spring. Will need to remove & seperate the manifold. Clean out the carbon and rust in the exhaust manifold above the carburator mounting. there are ports that let the exhaust heat that area untill the engine warms up. Even this don't solve the problem sometimes. Look in the archives, had a clever fix for this problem not to long ago. The bolts holding the manifold togather usually twist off & have to be drilled out
