I finally purchased back my Dad's 1952 Super C after being out of the family 44 years. It has been converted to 12 volt. I had been fixed up for the auction and started fine. I purchased it and then stored it. When I got to it a couple months later, I discovered a short and the battery dead. The tractor would not start when pulled. Anyone have a diagram for a 12 volt alternator, plus given me an idea what else is bad as a result of the short..points, coil, condenser?? or all three. thanks in advance. I already have a Super C with original 6 volt and may convert this one back to 6 volt but for now I just want to get it started and running.
