Yep, pulling the processor is no problem. With no snow on the ground(and even if we EVER do get some) a decent M or H could pull the thing- it's all rolling load. That's why I've always figured buying a used tractor from this country would get a guy a decent unit if the engine/clutch/TA had been overhauled- they've never had to actually PULL for a living like a tillage tractor would have spent most of it's life doing. Thing is, when you're feeding a bale, once they get down to the hard-rolled center of the bale, it'll sure drag a motor down. A few years back we had a late-80's four-wheel-drive green tractor(don't ask me the number- can't or won't keep up with JD's numbering system)...anyway, it was a 120+ HP tractor at least. If the air filter on that thing got a little dirty, hitting the center of those bales would drag the engine down considerable, and the black smoke would roll....'course, blow the air filter out and it'd work fine. Even them green things deserve to be maintained I guess, especially if you're relying on 'em to get the work done!

To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
