OT/Vintage Spoked Wheel Axle ID

I have acquired an old tow-behind cheese wagon to
restore, that appears to be built on two vintage auto
front axles. Each 40-spoke wheel is 19", and has 6 lugs
instead of the typical 5 lug Ford Model A. Does anyone
have experience with this stuff to help me ID the year/
make of these wheels? There is one hub grease cover
that is stamped 'Chevrolet' so hopefully that means
early Chevy, and the hub-caps are stamped V8. I do
have photos of wheels, axles, & spindles to email
