Planning to put front weights on 140. After finally finding them. Sometimes granddaddy would use them sometime not. Most time not. And I have never put them on and was to lttle to remember last time they were on. Am starting to use tractor more to disc now and think little more front weight would be nice. Weigh about 25 pds a piece. Tractor alaready has grill which about 25 pds and may only put the right side on. On the old weights looks like it takes a half ince carriage bolt. Wheel has four square holes which seem to mate to the holes in the weight. Am I right in thinking you put weight on outside of wheel hub. Thread carriage bolt through hub till it squares up in hub and then tighten? And would just putting the right side on be alright? Have run tractor with the weights but have never put them on. Thanks.

Leave radiator and fuel caps slightly loose to protect gaskets. Block tractor up to remove weight from tires and to keep tires from contact with moist floor.
