Not sure what part of the country that you are in. Have a real good radiator shop not far from where I am. Courtney's Raditor in Mt. Airy, Maryland. He re-cores radiator's with same size units as what he starts with. Also now repairs radiators with plastic tops and bottoms. One man show, but he's good. Took my radiator off of my 340 to him when I over-hauled to have it cleaned and checked. 1st thing he asked me was did it leak? and did I realize that it may leak when he got done he got done testing it out (ie rotted). He was able to clean and degrease, test for flow and found no troubles. Been 10 years since I had this done, still with no trouble to this day.
