I've got a farmall side mount sicklebar that I put IH double guards for a haybine on. In my opinion it made a world of difference on how it cuts. as far as the belt if you still have the old one you should be able to take it to a napa or other parts store and match one up. I'm sure somebody on here probable has the part number that you could cross over and get aftermarket.
For the swath board TCS sells a universal one that works well, TISCO dearlers also have an aftermarket universal one.
