At least this is something I know about. You need a paint program of some type; photoshop, adobie, infranview, etc..... But... this is a big but.., you can enlarge the images but the paint programs use pixls and dont know where they go and just puts it wherever it wants so it makes it blurry. You can make big images smaller but I wouldnt even try to make small ones bigger, it just dont work that way. Having said that, I will enlarge whatever you want if you send it to me. I need to know the pixl or inch width and/or height that you want to end up with.
