I would defanitly tell ebay, If there good enough to be able to send you a second chance offer through your messages then the guy needs to be reported. I and others have turned a few in the last week or so and ebay is right on the ball. One was for a tractor and the other for ecsevive shipping they removed both within a day. I was at my bank the other day and the bank got ripped off for about 3500 dollars. They fell foe a scam. The people rec walmart money orders. For 3500.00 took them to the bank the bank cleared them in like 5 to 7 days the people went and took the money out on day 10 the money oreders were returned as fake to the bank. Now the people have sent the money to the scammer and have a felony warant out for there arrest. I think its the banks fault my self they cleared them but they say its the people. So that means even if the funds clear you can still be in trouble. J
