806 ta, clutch, rearend

ok all you IH fellas, i just took in an old 806.I normally work on old molines. The ta is out, im guessing the clutch isnt in the best of shape, i was told the rear end has a slight howl. I'm wondering just what im looking at, things you have seen. i think this ol 806 would be a nice one to have if i could get the back half in order.
