Ken,Depending on what features the machine was equipped with,ie standard trans only, or with reverser or T/A, 3point or not etc & which piece of literature you look at, the bare machine weighs 5500 to 5900 lbs. there were 4 different model blades available. they weighed between 1200&1800lbs. The hydraulic pressure spec is 1800-2000 psi Time wise to disassemble the steering clutches, depends how miserable things are to come apart, in a perfect world an hour per side would get you pretty near done, but if its been sitting for 20 years you could probably spend a day per side fighting rusted & seized pieces & still not see the end. I would just replace the fibre & steels as needed if you have gone to the trouble of tearing it appart. Fibre discs & the steel plates are still available. The brake band you can have relined.
