you may want to change the seal in the upper part of the housing. its located on the lower part were the shaft comes up thru to the worm and sector. i used a piece of pipe to get the seal up in there, its either 1" or 1-1/4. also use emery paper and shine up the seal surface on the shaft. i had mine apart a couple of times went thru 2 seals before i finally figgured out i needed to shine up the shaft a little. sometimes i just plain get a brain f*rt.
