Don't think so. The distillate head and the gasoline are different in many aspects, they do not even share the same valves. I think if an IH dealer actually did any conversions, most likely a brand new high compression head would have been ordered in. I would imagine that the most a dealer would have done is swap the manifolds and possibly rebuild the carb to gasoline specs. I really am just guessing.
