KDJ, I agree with Nat2. I have manuals for both 2000 and 2001 loaders. The 2001 manual has instructions for mounting the loader on an M. It has schematic of the various pipe fittings plumbed into a system to operate loaders with single acting cylinders (power up -gravity down) that tractors, such as H and M with their primitive hydraulic systems, were equipped to operate. I do not know if it will help you, but I can e-mail to you some pages from the manual, if you want. The 2000 loader will fit on 856 tractor with the correct front mounting brackets and the correct axle mountings on the subframe. The front mounts for an 856 and the M are very different as are what is required to mount the subframe to the rear axle. The manuals show all the various front brackets and rear axle mounts for all tractors these loaders were intended to fit. Send me an email if interested. Weldon K
