H carb ?

i have the carb off my 1941 H and the only numbers i can find appear to be cast numbers.6212-DB on the bottom and 6213-DA on the top half. I know it is IH carb as it is cast into it. What kit should i get? Manuals are ordered at this time. all the screws are stuck solid also. I twisted 2 of them off just getting the top off. I'm affraid the adjustment screws will twist off also. I don't know if soaking it will get down in far enough to loosen them.
