B-275 Fuel system

I am trying to verify why my tractor will not run. For a period of time it would run until worked for 30 minutes or about and has got progessively shorter until now and will not start. Cleaned lift pump screen, relaced fuel filter and verified vacuum at govener. Suspected lift pump but appears to have adequate pressure at dischrge of filter housing. However when I bleed an injector line the fuel hardly dribbles much less foams or sprays. Tell me it's not the injector pump.
