Farmall hydraulic troubles.

Hi guys.I have recently purchased a farmall 400 gas and a 450 diesel from an estate.Both tractors had been sitting for several years.Both were completly dry on hydraulic oil.Isoon had them both running,but cannot get hydraulics on either tractor to work.My question is could pumps need priming.If not got any ideas what to do next.Thanks for any help.
