If overflow of radiator, it is a sign of combustion gasses or engine oil, getting into the coolant. From head gaskets, cracked head/s, pinholes in sleeves, and broken oil cooler tubes, A comprehensive testing procedure is needed. Is there water in the oil? Smell the coolant What is the coolant contaminated with? Let it stand in a mayo jar to see if it separates. Have a test (or use a test kit) to check the coolant for specific materials. Pressure check the system pan on, and if dropping, pan off. There will be other specific ideas coming along. JimN
