806 Hydralics

I have an 806 with dual hydralic levers. Both will move a significant distance to the rear and have good fluid flow. However, they will only move a short way to the front and have slow fluid flow. There is what appears to be a bolt for adjustment with a lock nut under the handles that would allow more movement. Will adjusting this allow for more fluid flow? If not, what can I do to increase the fluid flow?
