Thanks man. I will probably try those things tomorrow. It is supposed to be nice the next couple of days, so I dunno, I might be running my R/C all day. I will defintely check the reg ground. It does have the ground strap from the regulator to the mount, because its rubber mounted. The mount iitself might be the culprit. On a side note, I'm doing pretty well. My car ha been leaking oil between the engine and tranny, tall tell sign of a bad rear main seal. It's an 89 grand prix. I've replaced them without pulling the motor before, So I was gonna try it on this engine. Well since It's a v6, the exhaust pipe beteen the 2 manifolds needs to come off, but I cant because the studs wont come out , and It would be a major PITA to pull off the front manifold as there is alot of crap in the way of it. I got to looking around and seen alot of oil on the top. I was like what the heck. Well my car has coilpacks, but the block still has a distributor dummy shaft to run the oil pump. Well looky there, when I run the engine, oil nearly shoots out from it. The seal is bad!! Hopefully it lowers my quart a week oil hog of a car. It sure has to help. The oring was flat as a pancake. Just got the parts, time to put her back together. So if this works, then I dont have a main seal problem, which is AWESOME!! So needless to say, let the tractor battery charge for now, I'll work on her later. My car does 55 and has a heater, the tractor doesnt =)

Avery model A tractors. I am quite sure that most of it is accurate. The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio. Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
