Our 350U (1957) gets used the most of any tractor we own and it has the original TA and it is fine. Whisk the handle backwards like you were ejecting from a burning F14. Put it forward like you were shifting to second in a Funnycar. Don't just let it spring, but as close to that as possible. The answer is that the ones that fail are either moved slowly, or left to rot. JimN
