Lift All Questions

Is the capacity of the lift-all the same for the M and H? 6 qts? Secondly, sae 30 non detergent gets a little thick in cold weather. Can it be substituted for a lighter weight non detergent oil? Third, will a universal hydraulic oil harm the lift-all system in any way? Thanks!!
