It is best not to assume anything. The 0.002" undersize (the hole in the middle is smaller...) bearings were to compensate for wear without regrinding the crank. It is best to measure it or have it measured to see where it is now. The price of the replacement bearing will be the same no matter what size you need, about $100 for rods and mains. I just picked up my reground crank today. At $106.00 the cost of a regrind is not too bad. Greg
