In all seriousness tho, removing the head is the BEST way to do it, but allans idea might be better then nothing. You could also fill the cylinder with antifreeze afterards until it come out of the plug hole, that should carry away most of the shavings, be sure to drain the fluid out before u fire her up tho, hydrolocking an engine is not a good thing to do =)
