I had to pull out a very large Jack pine when my father and I installed a new road to our camp/cottage. It worked very well and yes it is very tough and also very wide. You can see that by how much of the road used on a recent tractor ride. I did not get a chance to use it in the field yet but plan to this spring at a friends farm.
