Bought a Super M with very little oil pressure at full throttle. Checked to see if the valve rockers were being oiled and they were. Seller had just put a new oil pressure gauge on and that had not changed anything. I pulled the pan and removed the oil pump had the plate on the bottom planed, put it back together and it had all kinds of oil pressure. Never new if the planning helped or just taking it apart and putting it back together did the trick. The plates get groves in them and the oil pump does not produce the right pressure. Just my experience.
