This is the tractor we are rescuing and the engine is the one being gone through. The block and head is at the machine shop now. This tractor has sat locked up for YEARS but is very low houred, everything is super tight wear wise. Note the optional hour meter on the top of the instrument cluster. It shows 1500 and some odd hours. Do believe these hours might be actual from the lack of wear on the pivot points. This will make four Super C's in our collection of 12 running IH tractors. The tractor is completely disassembled now, the rear end housing has been completely stripped of all parts for cleaning, inspection and resealing. I have all the other parts necessary to make it run again, including good tires and rims, both front and rear. The rust God will not get this one for a while yet.
